My journey – and why I'd love to accompany you
I know the long, arduous journeys. At 46, I became a mother to a wonderful daughter – a path that has taught me a lot about patience, trust, and the art of perseverance.
In 2025, I completed my training as a fertility coach. Today, I combine my 20 years of experience as a director and Master Teacher of the Michael Chekhov Method with professional support for couples trying to conceive.
As your mentor, I will show you ways to stay true to yourself throughout this process, to take charge of your own "inner direction," and to maintain perspective—no matter how turbulent the external world may be. I am ready to accompany you on your very personal journey.
Anna-Katharina is an actress and drama teacher, director, producer, manager, and networker. She has been involved with contemporary circus arts since 2006 and has worked in this field for many years.
In 2024, Anna-Katharina became a mother and went on parental leave.
In April 2025, she received her certificate as a fertility coach at Kinderwunsch in Berlin, Kathrin Steinke.
Since then, she has combined her artistic experience with fertility support.
Anna-Katharina is a master of the Michael Chekhov acting technique and has been leading her own workshop series “YOUR CREATIVE SPACE” since 2017, as well as regularly teaching courses at the Michael Chekhov International Academy.
Anna-Katharina coaches and mentors artists in their creative processes. Since 2021, Anna-Katharina has been a team member at BUZZ Berlin and was responsible for the mentoring program of the creative alliance Zirkus ON from 2022 to 2023.
She is a co-founder and, until 2020, artistic director and producer of the Center for Moving Arts e.V. – Circus Sonnenstich. For Circus Sonnenstich's productions, she collaborated with numerous artists, theaters, and festivals. The organization and its Circus Sonnenstich, comprised of artists with Down syndrome, produce contemporary circus performances and the IN.ZIRQUE® educational program for inclusive circus pedagogy, which A.-K. co-developed. In addition to her artistic work, Anna-Katharina has extensive experience as a producer in the socio-cultural sector.
In her productions, she is also responsible for costume design, music production, and stage and lighting concepts.
Through her work at ZBK eV, Anna-Katharina has become an expert in inclusion and has specialized, among other things, in coaching people with special needs on film and television sets.
Anna-Katharina continuously works on her own artistic development by conducting research and participating in performances, workshops and music productions.
She completed her artistic training at, among other places, the European Theatre Institute Berlin, the Michael Chekhov International Academy, Seneca Intensive Berlin, and Rosalia Chladek®System Vienna.
